• Replace baseboards in bathrooms 
• Refinish patio sets on the breezeway
• Repair/Replace door frames of Arts & Crafts Building, Fuda Building, where needed

• Aquatix Pro Pool Vacuum Head, (22” Extra Large, 10 weighted Plates, 2x hole adapter, Flex Swivel Swimming Pool Head with Bottom Brush)
• Screens for windows 
• Pop-up Canopy Tents (for outside)
